CryptosRUs’s George recently shared some intriguing insights into the Bitcoin and crypto market, while also offering a delightful tour of his new Lego room. The CoinSpeech team collected the most important takeaways from his recent appearance. You can find CryptosRUs’s new video below.
Bitcoin’s Head-Scratchers
George kicked off by addressing the current state of Bitcoin, noting that “Bitcoin is sitting at 64,000 right now,” a sideways movement that has lasted for three months. Despite the stability in price, there have been puzzling moves in the market. “Germany selling a whole bunch of Bitcoin on a spot Market, that’s a head scratcher,” he remarked, pointing out that Germany could have used Over-The-Counter (OTC) methods instead.
Adding to the perplexity, George highlighted that Fidelity saw an outflow of almost $500 million from its Bitcoin ETF, fbtc. “The weird thing is no one sold Black Rock or at least Black Rock made up for it somehow by keep on buying with their other funds,” he stated, suggesting that Nvidia’s hot streak might be influencing some of these decisions.
The Miner’s Dilemma
George also shed light on the current predicament of Bitcoin miners who, according to some reports, are dealing with high costs. “This data shows that miners average cost for mining a single Bitcoin is like $80,000 now or $88,000 plus,” he noted, expressing skepticism about these figures but acknowledging that operational costs are impacting miners’ decisions.
Even with these complications, George remains optimistic, advising, “Just continue to do what you’re doing, hold all and dcing along the way, that’s really all you need to worry about right now.”
A Glimpse into Lego Land
Transitioning from crypto to bricks, George took viewers on a tour of his meticulously curated Lego room. “I specifically built all these cabinets right for the Lego sets,” he mentioned, offering a peek into his impressive Lego city and collections.
The tour showcased a range of builds, from modular city blocks to standalone creations like the Avengers Tower and an intricate Polaroid set. “Here’s the modular set … it’s kind of a standalone set,” he explained, pointing to a meticulously crafted architectural model.
But the collection doesn’t stop at buildings. George’s room also features a series of fascinating smaller sets, like the Super Nintendo with Mario. He excitedly shared, “This also moves around, it’s hard to do one hand but you can see it does move around, it’s actually really really cool.”
Other treasures include a variety of vehicles, “just miscellaneous cars, this Ferrari, this bus, the Mustang,” and themed sets from Star Wars, Ninjago, and more.
Despite his extensive collection, George admitted, “These days don’t have a lot of time to build but I still love collecting whenever I see cool sets I buy them even though they just sit here and collect dust.”
